    1. Added the optional pcId property to the Vehicles request body on POST /public-api/resources/vehicles/v1.0 and PATCH /public-api/resources/vehicles/v1.0/{vehicle}. Added the same property to responses from GET /public-api/resources/vehicles/v1.0, GET /public-api/resources/vehicles/v1.0/{vehicle}, POST /public-api/resources/vehicles/v1.0, PATCH /public-api/resources/vehicles/v1.0/{vehicle}, and the nested vehicle object returned by GET /public-api/resources/sessions/v1.0/{session}.
