    1. Added optional card-detail filters to GET /resources/transactions/v1.0: cardNetwork, cardType, bin, fingerprint, acquirerName, issuerName, and issuerCode. Use cardNetwork to filter by one or more card networks; acquirerName and issuerName support prefix matching, while the other card details use exact matching.
