  1. ⚠️ Breaking changes
    1. Changed discount tariff validation on POST /public-api/resources/tariffs/v1.0, PUT /public-api/resources/tariffs/v1.0/{tariff}, and PATCH /public-api/resources/tariffs/v1.0/{tariff} to reject discountTariffSettings.referencedTariffId values pointing to roaming pricing plus markup tariffs. Updates also reject changing a tariff's type to free, charging not allowed, discount, or roaming pricing plus markup while discount tariffs reference it as their base or specific reference tariff; these requests return 422.
    2. Removed driver details from description and user references from relatedResources for session billing suspended issues returned to partner administrators. This affects GET and POST /public-api/resources/issues/v1.0 and GET and PATCH /public-api/resources/issues/v1.0/{issue}; operator administrators retain the full details.
  2. ✨ New features
    1. Added POST /public-api/actions/transaction/v1.0/{transaction}/request-refund to request a transaction refund using required amount and reason fields and optional internalNotes. Supports partial refunds where the payment processor allows them; otherwise, amount must equal the remaining refundable amount, and successful requests return 202 with the refund details.
    2. Added GET /public-api/resources/transaction-refunds/v1.0 and GET /public-api/resources/transaction-refunds/v1.0/{transactionRefund} to list and retrieve refunds, including their amount, currency, reason, status, and timestamps. The list supports cursor pagination and filters for operator, transaction, status, reason, request time, finalization time, and last update time.
    3. Added refundedAmount to transaction responses on GET and POST /public-api/resources/transactions/v1.0, GET and PATCH /public-api/resources/transactions/v1.0/{transaction}, and POST /public-api/actions/transaction/v1.0/{transaction}/set-custom-fields. The field reports the total finalized refund amount and is omitted when there are no finalized refunds.
    4. Added optional customFields to charge point responses on GET and POST /public-api/resources/charge-points/v2.0 and GET and PATCH /public-api/resources/charge-points/v2.0/{chargePoint}, and to location responses on GET and POST /public-api/resources/locations/v2.0 and GET and PATCH /public-api/resources/locations/v2.0/{location}. Values are keyed by configured custom field identifiers; applicable fields without values are returned as null, and customFields is omitted when no fields apply.
    5. Added optional customFields to subscription plan responses on GET and POST /public-api/resources/subscription-plans/v2.0 and GET and PATCH /public-api/resources/subscription-plans/v2.0/{subscriptionPlan}, and to subscription responses on GET /public-api/resources/subscriptions/v1.0 and GET /public-api/resources/subscriptions/v1.0/{subscription}.     6.     7. Added custom field filtering using filter[customFields.<identifier>] on GET /public-api/resources/charge-points/v2.0, GET /public-api/resources/locations/v2.0, GET /public-api/resources/subscription-plans/v2.0, and GET /public-api/resources/subscriptions/v1.0. Filtering is available for enabled, filterable custom fields visible to the authenticated administrator; unsupported field identifiers return 400, and invalid filter values return 422.
    8. Added optional options.showDeductedFeesBreakdown to partner create and update requests on POST /public-api/resources/partners/v2.0 and PATCH /public-api/resources/partners/v2.0/{partner}, and to partner responses from those endpoints, GET /public-api/resources/partners/v2.0, GET /public-api/resources/partners/v2.0/{partner}, and POST /public-api/actions/partner/v1.0/{partner}/set-custom-fields. The option defaults to false; enabling it includes a per-session breakdown of deducted session fees in the partner's settlement reports.
    9. Added pricing.thresholdPricePerKwh to tariff entries returned by GET /public-api/resources/evses/v2.1/{evse}/effective-tariffs. It exposes the same threshold as thresholdPriceForEnergy, used by applicable optimised dynamic pricing tariffs to select energy pricing.
  3. 🔧 Improvements
    1. Changed booking availability checks on POST /public-api/actions/locations/v2.0/{location}/check-booking-availability to handle timezone offsets in startAfter and endBefore consistently, checking the corresponding UTC time window.
    2. Changed DELETE /public-api/resources/configuration-templates/v1.0/{template}/variables/{variable} to enforce deletion permissions and return 404 when the variable does not belong to the specified template, rather than deleting a variable from a different template.
