3.275.0 release notes

  1. ✨ New features
    1. Added tariff partner relationship management through GET, POST, and PUT on /public-api/resources/tariffs/v1.0/{tariff}/relations/partners, and DELETE /public-api/resources/tariffs/v1.0/{tariff}/relations/partners/{partner}. Use partnerIds to list, add, or replace the associated partners; PUT accepts an empty array to clear the list, and referenced partners must belong to the tariff's operator.
    2. Added tariff user group relationship management through GET, POST, and PUT on /public-api/resources/tariffs/v1.0/{tariff}/relations/user-groups, and DELETE /public-api/resources/tariffs/v1.0/{tariff}/relations/user-groups/USERGROUP. Use userGroupIds to list, add, or replace the associated user groups; PUT accepts an empty array to clear the list, and referenced user groups must belong to the tariff's operator and must not be deleted.
  2. 🔧 Improvements
    1. Changed PATCH /public-api/resources/charge-points/v2.0/{chargePoint} to preserve existing partner settings when the request omits them, rather than replacing them with default values.
    2. Added automatic inference of a missing workingHours.isAlwaysOpen value on POST /public-api/resources/locations/v2.0 and PATCH /public-api/resources/locations/v2.0/{location}. When no value is available, it defaults to false if workingHours.hours is present and true otherwise.
    3. Changed the session discounts response on GET /public-api/resources/sessions/v1.0 and GET /public-api/resources/sessions/v1.0/{session} to report full-session discounts for corporate billing sessions with split costs, rather than only discounts from the session's order, when tax rules are enabled.
    4. Changed charging-period pricingDetails on GET /public-api/resources/sessions/v1.0 and GET /public-api/resources/sessions/v1.0/{session} to correctly interpret tariff details when a fee cap has been reached.
    5. Made GET /public-api/resources/sessions/v1.0/{session} ignore the literal string "null" in the include[] query parameter instead of treating it as a requested relationship.
    6. Changed POST /public-api/actions/session/v1.0/{session}/retry-payment to resolve the supplied or stored payment method and validate the minimum transaction amount using the session's paying user's payment processor configuration.
    7. Changed dependency-failure responses to return a consistent message instead of downstream error details on POST /public-api/actions/charge-point/v1.0/{chargePoint}/disconnect, POST /public-api/actions/charge-point/v1.0/{chargePoint}/clear-charging-profile, POST /public-api/actions/charge-point/v1.0/{chargePoint}/clear-cache, and POST /public-api/actions/charge-point/v1.0/{chargePoint}/change-availability.
    8. Added structured JSON dependency-failure responses with a consistent message on POST /public-api/actions/charge-point/v1.0/{chargePoint}/send-custom-ocpp, POST /public-api/actions/charge-point/v1.0/{chargePoint}/get-composite-schedule, and POST /public-api/actions/charge-point/v1.0/{chargePoint}/get-local-list-version.
    9. Changed the session-start response message to a consistent dependency-failure message when charge point communication fails on POST /public-api/actions/charge-point/v1.0/{chargePoint}/start, POST /public-api/actions/charge-point/v1.0/{chargePoint}/start/{evse}, and POST /public-api/actions/evse/v1.0/{evse}/start.
