The operator ID for this resource.
Required for global admin tokens.
Optional for operator-scoped tokens (defaults to token's operator).

The id of the utility providing the electricity. Configured in the admin panel.

The default price per kWh, which will be applied if there is no pricing supplied for a time interval.
Prices of all electricity rates created through the Public API or the admin panel must include the tax in the price.

This field is used only to indicate the applied tax. All Electricity Rate prices should be provided with the tax included in the price.
