Bulk assign tariff groups for multiple EVSEs. This action allows you to assign or unassign tariff groups
to multiple EVSEs at once, filtered by location, partner, evses and tariff groups.
The update is processed synchronously and there is a limit of max 1000 EVSEs per request.
