Experimental endpoint: This contract may evolve during stabilization.
Synchronously diagnose a UID without creating charging authority or changing charging state.
Requires the ID tag validation capability on an eligible global or operator admin.
An unknown UID is valid input. Invalid, inaccessible or ineligible referenced IDs are field validation errors.
Partner failures and negative findings are diagnostic results, not HTTP failures.
Connections are checked sequentially with a combined five-second preparation, authentication and HTTP budget per connection and a thirty-second aggregate deadline. Remaining selected checks report time_limit_reached when that deadline expires.
No sessions, charging authorizations, token caches or circuit-breaker statistics are changed. Existing connection suspension is respected. No third-party live authorization or live OICP authorization is performed.
The summary describes static eligibility, not immediate session-start success. An own ID tag match controls the summary whether authorized or rejected, even when contrary roaming findings remain in the response. Only without an own match does the summary fall back, in order, to usable roaming, recognized but ineligible roaming, incomplete checks, then not found. rightNow contains independent momentary findings. OICP history is informational only and cannot establish current authorization.
Optional missing or inaccessible metadata is omitted, never returned as null. partnerAnswer.allowed maps OCPI ALLOWED, BLOCKED, EXPIRED, NO_CREDIT and NOT_ALLOWED to allowed, blocked, expired, no_credit and not_allowed respectively. This API formatting does not change the partner decision; diagnostic codes also use snake_case.
